    About

    I made these squares starting at our first knitting/crochet group for the year. I did an extra row of cream around the edge for larger squares and joining edges for a baby blanket. I alternated colours in square rows - 1, 8, 16, 24, 32 squares.
    My squares are 9.5cm x 9.5 cm, so I made 9 squares by 9 squares for the right size for a baby blanket, with 5 rows of granny border and one of shell edging.
