In an effort to use up all the odds and ends, half balls, different weights of yarn I've started this crochet waffle stitch blanket. I've combined however many strands of yarn it takes to create a chunky weight and started crocheting, as one colour runs out, add another one in. The effect is a gradual colour change (mostly). Currently using aran weight and double knit strands and will switch to 3 double knit when aran runs out. This pattern eats yarn ;)
