    About

I love daffodils. I love how they announce that Spring is here, bringing that fresh new beginnings feeling with them. I wanted to try to capture that feeling by recreating daffodils with crochet, to display in the home. I'm very pleased with the results and they now sit proudly on my windowsill. I hope you like them too. I have written out the pattern which is available to view for Free on my website www.hookedonpatterns.com/free-patterns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 3.00mm (US 2.5)

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle

Notes: I have used DK weight Acrylic yarn and 3mm hook to make daffodils measuring approximately 4.5” in diameter (measuring the petals tip to tip) and 2” deep (measuring from front of trumpet to base of petals), the stem can be any length you choose.
