I absolutely loved making my blanket. It has been designed by my favouirite designer and crochet hero Dedri Uys. This was my first CAL and my first blanket. It was a wonderful journey of discovery. New stitches to learn, new ways to use old stitches, it was amazing and I would recommend anyone to have a go, you will learn so much and get a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction from the process.

  Hi Alison this is fab you have done a great job, this is lovely. I am having a go at a CAL at the moment and not really a pattern girl but as you say you learn new things hope mine turns out as well as yours x

  @Alison L: Well I am a bit late to the CAL so it is more a CAMOP (crochet at my own pace) Stylecraft Carousel blanket. Enjoying it so far.
