    About

I made 6 hearts based off a pattern in Let's Knit May issue. Laurie asked me to make a larger pillow of the same for her car.

Knitting started with some yarn around the house. It wasn't enough.
Two hearts joined with crocheted scallops. Small opening/pocket created using snaps. Herb packets can be swapped out as necessary. Roses created where the heart wasn't strong enough to support the snaps to be a decoration & support.
Finished with two more hearts crocheted them closed with a simple stitch in autumn red. Attaching the second pocket to the first proved tough. Sewing them together, almost all the way then stuffing. I wish I had saved the scalloped edge until all 4 were made.
For the wedding a blue big twist yarn was used the project used the entire skein. Four ❤️ Knit & closed all the same time.
