    About

A coworker of mine is having a baby! So I decided to crochet up a nice little blanket. I love self-striping yarns worked in the round, and the shells of this project seemed like a great way to show off the fun pastel colors. It came out soft and wonderful!

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 5.00mm (US 8)

    Measurements

Notes: I did a more simple border on the blanket than the pattern stipulated because I was running short on yarn! All in all, it measured about 40"x40", if I recall correctly. About the same size as my daughter's big muslin blanket.

I love the pattern and self-striping yarn! I've not been brave enough to try one yet but this has inspired me to try :)
