    a lap quilt to curl up under while reading, TV, car riding, etc. Pattern found in Encore Adventures, C2: Everyday Throws by Plymouth Yarn Design Studio

    • Circular 6.00mm (US 10) 80cm

    Measurements

    Notes: Pattern calls for worsted weight and uses double strand. I used a single strand bulky weight yarn. The pattern was for a crib size (28x32), but I enlarged it for a lap blanket. Final size" 40 x 46.

        I ordered Book 657 Encore Adventures: Everyday Throws. All the patterns were for baby blankets in Encore Worsted. I wanted a larger size and in a bulky yarn, i found similar patterns on Ravelry that gave directions for 5 sizes. Summer Sidewalk with worsted yarn and Where the Sidewalk Ends with bulky yard, Both patterns are from Fifty Four Ten Studio. I used these for directions, but followed the pattern from Encore Adventures.
