    About

CO 14, usual rounded toe pattern, inc to 32 stitches per needle. 4 rows then start pattern.

First full pattern repeat done. These are lovely! And so far very quick to knit

3rd pattern rep in, row 11, start increasing sole every other row to 38 stitches.
Start heel at the end of the 3rd pattern repeat, row 28. (roughly 7-7.25 inches)
Once heel done, reduce back down to 32 stitches on back of leg over the next 14 rows. Continue pattern all round leg at row 15. Finish this pattern repeat then one more, and then start cuff, 2x2 rib for 12 rows. CO.

Sheesh. This sock is tight round the ankle, due to the mosaic stitch I guess. Need to ease up on the tension, I’m knitting a bit tight.
