    About

    Created my own pattern after seeing a picture of Persian tiles online, and recognized that shape in my drapes!

    (My apologies to Jane Crowfoot! I see she has a very similar pattern offered in print only. I really did develop my pattern independently!)

    Used subdued colors of yarn to give an aged tapestry appearance.

    Like the look of the decorative sc join…

    Made two half-motif patterns to finish edges.

    Created a ruana from an early variation made while developing the pattern. I love it. Wear it every day.

      It's silly for us to believe we are creating patterns that are wholly unique unto themselves. You put in the time to document how you did it and that is what makes it your pattern. And it is quite lovely! So much so, I just had to have it! :)
