      Thanks for sharing Jenny. I was wanting to knit some myself to donate to our local neonatal unit too but didn't have any prem hat patterns.

        Hi. There are free patterns on this site for prem hats. Anything for Neonatal must be made in pure wool. Machine washable is best.
