I discovered the Little Cotton Rabbits site one day on Pinterest! I fell in love with the sweet little knits and just had to have the Bunny Girl in Dotty Dress pattern. I received the pattern (about $5.84 US) for Christmas. I piled through numerous yarns here on LoveKnitting.com until I found just the right combination to knit with. I found the 100% cotton yarns a bit tight (no elasticity) for some of the trickier stitches like P2togTBL (purl two together through the back loop), so I opted for acrylic yarns, which made those types of stitches so much easier. (By the way...I NEVER did master that technique above, so I opted for slip one purlwise, purl two tog, and then psso. Slightly different look, but less frustration for me! :) Please NOTE: This project is NOT considered a toy for young children! As adorable as it is, it won't handle the loads of "love" small children are liable to give it. It has a small button closure at the dress back, a choking hazard! Consider it a collectible.
