Lillie likes dancing and chatting to her friends. She is exceptionally good at cartwheels.
Another bear made up as I went along, she started life as an ordinary stocking stitch bear but for some reason I turned her inside out, I think she looks better now.
The hooded coat was knit in one piece to the armholes. It's a little loose at the back of the hood, I will rethink that bit. I love the pom-pom fastenings
Her dress is a Littlecottonrabbits design.
I intended "designing " a pair of shoes.... Boy how much trouble was that. It was like Cinderella's ugly stepsisters all over again..will it fit? no too small, too big, you get the idea. Anyhoo I came across this simple free pattern by little Jenny wren and I am more then pleased with them.
