    About

I just love that this tunic can be worn over leggings, denims or dresses and that the sleeves can be altered in length according to the season and no fiddly buttons to contend with! I made Issy's cousin one and it was such a hit that she wanted one too! N

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 4.00mm (US 6)

    Measurements

    Age: 3y

Notes: I find this pattern comes out small so I always make the next size up and lengthen sleeves to proper 3/4 or full length. I also k each st at the end of p rows and k into each g st ridege to make a neat border for the front. Once blocked the front band is fine.

Thankyou Michelle. I've had the stress of the house renovations over the last 2 years, losing my best friend of 40 years a few months ago and 3 of my close friends have dementia. To top it all my friend's grandaughter that relapsed after treatment for leukaemia is in ITU as she's in a critical condition. None of these are good for a Fibro sufferer. Hey ho I'll keep going :-)

@Pat E: ohh my golly i knew you had lost your best friend and I was wondering how your friends granddaughter was but thought if she was doing well you would have said. Then you have your friends to worry about as well.Stress is one of the worst things for you too,I can't say "don't stress as that's impossible, just try and look after yourself.I know when I have bad days I say to Michael just get me out of these four walls, and it does make a difference.Take care, I'm thinking of you.❤

        Hi Helen ...
The Leksak tunic goes up to age 10 with a 28.8" chest measurement. I find it comes out a tad smaller so always make the next size up for width. Elin and her mummy loved this design so much that I've made her several over the years. As she grew taller she could still wear it until she needed the next chest size as it still looked good :-)
