    About

I first made this cardigan in school colours about 30 years ago for my daughter to go to school in. I think she has forgiven me! I'll never be able to let go of patterns I used for my children it's a family history thing I suppose.

    Pattern

    Sirdar cardigan

    This pattern is from:
    Leaflet 4366 Gemini/ DK

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 4.00mm (US 6) 35cm
    • Single Point 3.25mm (US 3) 35cm

    Accessories

    • Buttons
Other : I used a 4 ply space dyed yarn with the main yarn to give it a bit of a lift and interest. Happily it didn't affect the tension. Cottonsoft is lovely and comfortable to wear but it does have weight to it.

    Measurements

    Notes: Chest 24"

Beautiful cardigan ,I know what you mean about old patterns, I'm still using my patterns from my children's baby days and they are in their 30's now!!!
