I made this for My granddaughter Lucy, who has recently met a koala and learnt to say the word.

    About

    Working out hiw to do the ear loops which are then cut to form tufts of hair was tricky but I managed it eventually by watching a few helpful online videos. I also added a mouth with a white patch below it, as all koalas seem to have that.

    It looks like Kevin and Lucy are friends 😀

        Thanks Lyn! The sky is a little bit enhanced with google photos but yes, I’m in Melbourne and I have one granddaughter in Victoria and a granddaughter and grandson in London. Like you I didn’t knit much at all for many years but have got back into it withthe arrival of grandkids.
