    About

While I was waiting for major spinal surgery I spent a lot of time crocheting. This uses nearly every colour in the stylecraft special DK palette! It started out as a few hexagons to use up leftovers and grew into this!

I love this so colourful and you did half hexagons too. I could not get to grips with them but it makes a better finish. Clever clever you

I really love this blanket it makes me feel happy just to look at it. It's amazing how crochet just seems to fill a need and has the power to make you feel good too. I hope the surgery went well. Keep crocheting.

I did it in between projects, thou I would estimate a couple of weeks if you worked on it every day x

Wow that is gorgeous! I love the idea and this project would be easy enough to do it while I am waiting for hip replacement surgery. I am going to have to look for the pattern for the hexigon. Do you have any pictures of the edging you used? Again, it is gorgeous!!

Thank you! All I did for the edging was half hexagons to straighten it up and then a plain border.
Good luck with the surgery. x
