I am recovering from ankle surgery and am restricted to my couch and bed. Not being able to do much, I said to myself, “Self? You deserve to make something for yourself!” I saw that the live knitting.com website had one of my favorite alapaca yarns on sale right and took this as a sign from the universe that the time to make something for myself is now :-)
