    About

I wanted to attempt something earth-shattering. I used 13 different colors for this coat. What I did was take a simple cross lattice pattern and changed colors every 2 rows or rounds. However... I worked with 2 different colors on EACH row. Similar to 2 stranded faire - isle. I've NEVER written a pattern!! I NEED HELP!! I just kind of make stuff up as I go along like a true Bohemian.

I just have to tell you how inspirational you are. I am a floral designer. sitting here before my Valentines Day gets going (I have most of my work done already) feeling sorry for myself because I am sick, and it has been drudgery to get my work done.

So here I sit, procrastinating while looking at new crochet projects and yarns (even though I have a couple WIP's).

Your smile and your story made me realize that I just need to stop wallowing brush my hair and teeth, and get to work!
Your sense of color and amazing talent are truly inspiring. I was blown away by the fact that you did these beautiful works of art without patterns. WOW.

I am truly touched by your comment, Charlie! The Lord has truly used my artwork to bless so many. This coat auctioned for $2500.00 in Aspen, Colorado for adaptive sports for the disabled a few months ago.

@Desiree Emillio-Duverge: I would definitely be interested in purchasing the patterns for the two projects you have posted here. And of course any new projects you happen to have as a work in progress. You are an amazingly creative individual.
