    About

I have seen quite a few others knit this delightful pattern on loveknitting, and always had it in mind to knit for my grand daughters who live in Hong Kong. I was thrilled when the pattern came out in 4 ply / fingering yarn, which is more suitable for a hot climate. I just love the way the pattern is knitted from top down, cleverly picking up stitches along the fronts of the sleeves after they have been cast off, it worked so well :) Now to finish the second one for Hannah's little sister before our holiday with them shortly! Post Holiday:.This photo shows my 3 year old grand daughter wearing it, fitted her perfectly... now to knit an even bigger size for my 5 year old grand daughter!!

Denise, it’s beautiful. I have just started knitting it in a 4 ply cotton too.

Thank you. You'll love this bolero. I can't wait to see how it looks on Hannah. I will certainly knit this again sometime.
