    Make me a blanket she said, so I did! It took ages but was easy to make in garter stitch. I used graph paper to help with the designs.

        I made up the pattern myself, each block was 96 stitches knitted in garter stitch for 192 rows in various stripes etc, the edging was just picked up stitches in garter stitch.
