    About

    I wanted to create a pattern for each of the seven chakras to use in various knitting projects: afghans, scarves, yoga blankets, wall hangings, etc. I created this piece to test out the patterns, and I am pretty pleased with how they turned out. I included pictures of the seven chakra designs I made on graph paper. Please feel free to use them if you would like. There are probably better ones out there, but if you use mine, I would love to hear about it! :) Upon reflection, I wish the blue of the 6th chakra was not so dark. It is hard to see the symbol done in the black yarn unless the light is pretty bright. I used a combination of a knitting machine and crochet to complete this piece. I hope to post more projects to this site using the patterns as I create them.
