    About

Brandon chose the colors for his blanket, a Christmas present. I saw this pattern on a project posted by Diana Poirier. I like how the next color change is gradually introduced.

    Pattern

    Multi-Striped Lap Blanket, www.peartreeknitting.com

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 6.50mm (US 10.5)

    Measurements

    Notes: 37 x 52
It took 2 balls of each color plus a couple ounces of a third ball. Knowing I have to get 3 balls, my next blanket will be a little wider.

Allison, I made all the blankets between May and Sept. while I was recuperating from a hip replacement. I just got these pictures at Christmas. Thanks for your comments. Happy knitting in 2018!

Thanks, Pat. Only one more grandchild blanket to go! I found another picture of Brandon wearing his sweater that shows the front. Still no smile. He must have been tired, but they still make cute pictures.
