    About

I knit a lot of pairs of socks. I love the way they knit up in a couple of evenings and the self striping/fairisle patterns and colours are a joy to see develop. This does mean that I end up with lots of bits and pieces of sock yarn, so I thought I'd adapt the ZickZack scarf pattern to use up the odds and ends. It's going to be a colourful project!

    Yarns

    Needles & Hooks

    • Single Point 3.00mm (US 2.5) 30cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle

    Measurements

Notes: 23cm x 160cm (9" x 63") - depending on how much sock yarn bits I have! Pattern requires 760 metres of yarn - 380 m in two colourways. I'm using 2 colours at a time but switching colours throughout the scarf based on how much yarn I have of each colourway - a very random outcome.
