I made this for a friend whose first grandchild is due soon.

    About

These baby booties look more complicated than they are! I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to intricate instructions, but this pattern was well-written and extremely clear. The finished "shoes" are toddler-size, and will not fit tiny babies. Sidar Snuggly Baby Bamboo is my go-to yarn for baby clothes. It worked well with this pattern!

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 2.75mm (US 2) 60cm
    • Circular 2.25mm (US 1) 60cm

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle

    Measurements

Notes: The instructions for this pattern are for one size only -- "Newborn to Three Months.". I used smaller needles, to reduce the gauge, but even with that, my finished "shoes" turned out to be toddler size, not infant size.

These are lovely! I have this pattern and it is good to see your photos also. There's nothing wrong with making them in a thicker yarn for a bigger size either! Well done!
