    I made this for my grand daughter in Moda Vera Collette in 2016.
    I made it again for her cousin in the 12 month size.
    I used 4mm needles for correct tension.

      Thanks - I tried bamboo needles (on the plane for safety!) with the first baby crossover jacket. I'm now trying circular needles for the band on the curved edge cardi I'm making - I might try the baby top down jacket in 9 month size on circular needles too!

      Beware the bamboo needles! If knitting is left on them too long they stain the yarn. I find knitting back and forth on the circular needles are best for me when wrist give trouble Hope this helps x

      Not too happy with the tension on this jacket - I used plastic needles for ease on the wrists, but I think I get a better result with metal needles.

        Sandra, have you tried bamboo needles? I tend to only knit with either bamboo or my knit pro wooden needles. Funnily enough I found some amazing brand new circular bamboo needles in an Op shop in Wollongong, 4 prs for $2.
