Baby Blanket

I made this for Our trainer at the gym who is leaving to have a baby

    About

    Several ladies do yarn bombing and someone suggested making a blanket by each member making a square. I was volunteered to sew them together. Most people knitted, but a few crocheted. This blanket is the result of the crocheting. Instead of sewing in the ends in the striped part, I plaitedsome and the turned them into bobbles. The other bits i frayed the wool to make a fluffy edge. The knitted blanket has two rows of double crochet around it with right side facing. Then with wrong side facing. One row of single crochet. This gave the edge a more finished edge.
