Hi Sandy, I would go for a pattern by Gypsycream. The fur yarn can be a bit challenging to knit so I like a pattern that doesn't have too much complicated shaping but still gives a lovely end result. You find most of them if you just enter gypsycream in the LK search box or the same under the 'People' section on Ravelry where there are a few more pattern choices.
Good luck with the yarn it's worth the challenge as it makes a lovely furry animal.
