    About

I am new to crochet and quickly got bored with the standard granny square pattern. Wanted to complete a larger project such as a blanket which didn't require too much expertise but was challlenging enough to teach me something new and let me experiment with colours and techniques. The main photo is my current progress, I have to do few more rows of edging and line it :) and of course - few more ends to weave in as I haven't grasped the weave as you crochet on every single motif. One tip I would give is -take your time and weave as you go along as 4-7 ends on each flower is the most time taking part of the project. Hope that helps :)
