    My daughter gave me this kit for Christmes 2015 but I only got going in Feb '16 because I didn't have the correct needles. Since then the going has been slow as more exciting projects have caught my fancy..... bad mum! I need the 3.5 circular needles from this project so I can continue the pixie hat too; I should be expelled from the knitters circle.

    Other : There is a template for a huge pompom which should be fun.

    Measurements

    Notes: About 108x190cms. The kit comes with a knit and crochet pattern, 5 balls of the two yarns and a pompom template. The yarn is 4 ply.

      The finished photograph is sadly horrendous but the natural light from the window (I read the blog!) is not good and I'm using my tablet to take the photo. I'm pleased with my scarf/shawl; the measurements are spot on but the Pompom took over an hour to make, it's so huge and the biggest one I've ever made. Took over 50g of yarn.
